He explained that the issue was due to new staff members who failed to follow company protocols. I understand that human errors happen, and I appreciated the professionalism with which the situation was handled. John kindly offered to have me bring my drives back for further analysis, which shows they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. While the initial experience was frustrating, I am pleased with how they responded to my feedback.############################Original review.I dropped off a RAID unit and was quoted $500 just for the evaluation. I was told I would receive confirmation within a day on whether any data could be recovered. Instead, I ended up dealing with a sales-focused person and waited an entire week for an update that was originally promised within 2-4 hours. They eventually informed me they couldn’t locate the one specific file they searched for. When I asked about the recovery of other data, Adam told me they would need to charge an additional fee to see if any other data could be recovered. This was frustrating, especially after I clearly asked if any files could be recovered initially.Very incompetent.
Someone deleted all the details off my Samsung mobile phone and I was in a panic . I rang Technetics Data Recovery and spoke to Adam . I sent the phone and next day Adam rang. He has been with me all the way and helped me out. They got all my data and even helped me when I got the data recovered files back. I could not have done it without Adam. I went to Technetics to see if they could recover my files from an old hard-drive. They were able to, and they recovered 95% of the files.They were really informative, thorough and friendly. I had the misfortune to have my hard drive crash. I had everything from my life on the disk. Technetics were fantastic. They explained the process and how long it would take. They kept me informed as things progressed. All up the process was about 2 weeks and all my data was restored on a new hard drive.So happy. Several years ago the hard disk on my wife's computer died and along with if years of work on her family history, despite my constantly reminding her to keep back ups, several months of work could have been lost.
